Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after shipment
  • Carriers: UPS or USPS

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.


International Shipping

We offer flat rate international shipping at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment (via DHL Express or similar carriers)

International orders may be subject to:

  • customs duties

  • import taxes

  • additional fees imposed by the destination country

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed the following business day.


Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • carrier issues

  • customs processing

  • high order volume

Extraño is not responsible for delays once a package has been handed to the carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

Extraño is not responsible for:

  • lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses

  • orders marked as delivered by the carrier


Lost or Stolen Packages
