Refund policy

ORDER POLICY

All sales are final.

Due to the limited nature of our releases, Extraño does not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order (incorrect item, damage, etc.), you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery at support@extranoworld.com.

We strongly recommend reviewing sizing details carefully before purchasing. Our footwear runs approximately one size small—please reference the size guide prior to checkout.


EXCHANGES

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to inventory availability.

  • Requests must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn and in original condition
  • A processing fee of up to $15 per item may apply
  • Limited releases and exclusive items are not guaranteed to be exchangeable

To initiate an exchange, email support@extranoworld.com with your order number and request.


ORDER ACCURACY

Please ensure all order details (size, address, items) are correct before checkout.

  • We are unable to apply discount codes after purchase
  • Only one discount code may be used per order
  • If an item becomes unavailable, you will be notified and refunded via store credit (E-Gift Code)

EXCEPTIONS & STORE CREDIT

Any approved exceptions will be issued as store credit only.

  • Processed within 7–10 business days after items are received (if applicable)
  • Determined at the discretion of Extraño based on product condition and inventory

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed and fulfilled by a small team. Please allow:

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days
  • Delivery time: 1–3 weeks depending on location

Some orders may arrive sooner.

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping.


SHIPPING COVERAGE

We currently ship within the United States and select international countries.

Shipping rates are flat-rate for both domestic and international orders.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Extraño is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Please contact the carrier directly first
  • Then reach out to us—we will assist where possible

DELAYS

Please note:

  • Holidays and high-volume periods may extend processing times
  • During launches, sales, or promotions, response times may increase
  • Customer support responses may take up to 5 business days

We appreciate your patience—each order is handled with care.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International.

  • Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days after shipment
  • Delays may occur due to customs processing

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Any additional fees required by their country

Once the package leaves our facility, international transit and customs handling are outside of our control.
